Senior HR Business Partner

Role Description

iRhythm is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support assigned business groups within our Global Business Operations organization. Across Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Care, our frontline teams keep the work moving - producing devices, supporting clinical review, managing materials, and keeping our operations running day in and day out.

In this role, you will partner closely with Senior Operations leaders and HR leadership to shape and execute enterprise people strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to drive transformation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, lead workforce and talent planning, all while navigating change to operate at scale. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a remote position with approximately 20–30% travel within the United States (primarily San Francisco, CA, Deerfield, IL, and Houston, TX).

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Business Partnership
  • Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across Business Operations, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that enable business growth and scalability.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making across talent, engagement, retention, and organizational health.
• Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness, and Change
  • Lead and execute large-scale change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts; often driven by innovative AI and technology-driven solutions.
  • Consultative, thought partner to leaders in designing and recommending organizational models, influencing external best practices on spans, layers, functional and matrix operating models, to maximize cross-functional collaboration and performance.
  • Assess organizational health using workforce data, employee feedback, and business metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strategic Workforce & Talent Planning
  • Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups.
  • Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring rigorous assessment and follow-through for critical and high-potential talent.
  • Coach leaders on talent and development planning and leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to design targeted development plans and build strong leadership pipelines.
  • Enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams by strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness.
  • Drive alignment to iRhythm’s culture and values during periods of growth and change.
• Partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
  • Reinforce HR Operating model with business leaders ensuring that HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) are the direct point of contact for resolution of HR Operations (ASKHR), Employee Relations, Performance Management, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver and reinforce enterprise programs.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to advise on compensation and incentive strategies aligned to market, business priorities, and internal equity.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support critical hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategy.
  • Partner with Employee Relations team on complex employee performance and conduct issues, ensuring balanced, compliant, and business-aligned outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate organizational and people-related risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience, including proven success in leading change initiatives, org design, and strategic workforce and talent planning.
• Experience supporting large-scale clients (500+ employees) up to VP level; in an HR organization with a mature COE HR Operating model required.
• Experience supporting hourly California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen; ability to translate 1–3-year business plans into workforce strategy.
• Proven ability to influence Director/VP leaders, push back constructively, and operate as a strategic advisor in complex environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Estimated Pay Range: $138,000.00 - $180,000.00.
