We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform basic approved testing procedures, including routine screening tasks.
• Prepare samples and materials for secure andaccuratetransport.
• Conduct testing and analytical proceduresin accordance withestablished organizational protocols.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of potentially hazardous materials, and adhere to standard precautions to reduce risk of exposure.
• Provide required evaluations, documentation, and reporting in alignment with applicable program or organizational guidelines.
• Complete all mandatory annual training, including (but not limited to) emergency preparedness, safety compliance, harassment prevention, infection control, and hazardous materials awareness.
• Maintain clear,accurate, and concise documentation related to services provided.
• Use and navigate automated systems and software platforms (such as electronic information or case management systems) to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• BLS (AHA or client preferred)
• High school diploma or GED certificate & completion of a NAACLS Accredited or two-part Phlebotomy Program
