Senior Committee Facilitator

Supporting the Health Resources and Services Administration, the full-time remote Senior Committee Facilitator will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and facilitate discussions to drive policy development within the national organ transplant system. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, and materials Facilitate discussions and support leadership teams in policy development activities Ensure committee activities align with federal requirements and maintain thorough documentation Required qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required 4-6 years of relevant professional experience required Minimum 4 years of experience supporting committees or structured workgroups Proven ability to facilitate leadership discussions and manage stakeholders Strong written communication skills for clear meeting documentation
