Real Estate Paralegal

Draft and prepare trust, estate planning, and probate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related filings. Assist with complex trust and estate administration, including asset transfers, beneficiary communications, and case management. Support attorneys by managing client files, preparing legal documents, tracking deadlines, and coordinating filings. Qualifications 3+ years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience with estate planning and trust administration. Strong experience drafting trust and estate documents and managing probate or estate administration matters. Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$100,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
