Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat to foster improved mental health outcomes.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and past experiences, helping them gain insights into their thoughts and behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable adult clients who undergo a rigorous screening process before scheduling sessions. Our clientele tends to have low acuity mental health issues, allowing you to focus on providing valuable therapeutic interventions without the pressure of handling severe mental health crises. Additionally, we take care to align clients with counselors who have specific expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring a good fit for both parties.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid and active state license to practice as a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, dependent on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
