Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Digital Marketing include leading the paid media strategy, managing agency partners, and establishing a rigorous testing and optimization framework. The role also encompasses building and scaling lifecycle programs, leveraging segmentation and personalization, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, with a strong understanding of key performance drivers. Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or performance-driven environments is essential, as is the ability to manage significant paid media budgets and influence at the executive level. Preferred qualifications include experience with complex go-to-market models, familiarity with enterprise martech stacks, and exposure to global or multi-market organizations.
