Regional Vice President

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Regional Vice President in the Chicago metro area to oversee profitability and customer excellence across a diverse commercial HVAC region.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple branches serving commercial and industrial clients
- Create exceptional customer experiences while building high-performing teams
- Implement strategic initiatives that position the region as a market leader in mechanical services
- Foster operational consistency and excellence across all service lines Responsibilities
- Manage overall regional business performance with full P&L accountability
- Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion and service offerings
- Lead regional leadership team including operations, service, and project management
- Monitor financial metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with major clients and industry partners
- Establish safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all organizational levels
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency Requirements
Must-Haves
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial mechanical or HVAC industries
- Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving organizational change
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Nice-to-Haves
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience with both construction and service business models
- Knowledge of building automation and controls systems
- Professional certifications relevant to mechanical construction industry Compensation & Logistics
