Job Title: Vice President of Investor Relations Location: Dallas, Texas Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 Work Model: On-Site Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: Not specified in the job description

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with accredited investors, business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals
Educate prospective investors on available investment opportunities
Conduct presentations, consultations, and investment discussions
Generate new business through networking, referrals, community engagement, and relationship development
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors
Deliver exceptional client service and ongoing relationship management
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies

Requirements

Active FINRA Series 7 License preferred
Series 63 and/or Series 82 is required
Previous experience in investment sales, wealth management, brokerage, capital raising, or financial services
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and internal teams
Candidates with experience from wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, wealth management firms, investment consulting firms, capital markets organizations, or alternative investment platforms are encouraged to apply
