Business Analyst needs 1-2 years of working with IT and Business teams
Business Analyst requires
- 1-2 years of working in JIRA or JIRA Align
Skills
- Working knowledge of JIRA Align.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to be innovative, creative, and think "outside the box"
- Ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Business Analyst duties:
- Works with Business and IT team to document requirements via EPICS and capabilities into JIRA Align..
- Work with all stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regarding competing priorities
- Collaborate with the product owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams that are key to efficient and effective development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business, Development teams across trains, UX Design, and Digital product management
- Track requirements from inception to delivery and report status on periodic (weekly, monthly etc) reports to leadership
