Business Analyst duties:

• Works with Business and IT team to document requirements via EPICS and capabilities into JIRA Align..
• Work with all stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regarding competing priorities
• Collaborate with the product owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams that are key to efficient and effective development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business, Development teams across trains, UX Design, and Digital product management
• Track requirements from inception to delivery and report status on periodic (weekly, monthly etc) reports to leadership
