Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring therapeutic goals are collaboratively established with clients and monitored for effectiveness.

• Utilize SimplePractice for maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment and support for clients.

• Actively engage in continuing education and training initiatives to stay current with advancements in mental health counseling methodologies.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 sessions per week, with the potential to ramp up to a full caseload of 25 sessions for those who are willing.

• Contribute to the clinic’s visibility and outreach efforts, including assisting in the profiling process on platforms like Psychology Today.

• Participate in weekly case review meetings with other staff members to promote collective learning and enhance the quality of care delivered.

Qualifications\n
