Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Analyze metrics and data to refine strategies and optimize engagement. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, cultivating a positive online reputation. Oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns, tracking performance and adjusting as needed. Requirements Must have minimum of 5 years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for captivating content. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and a knack for storytelling that resonates in the digital landscape. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
