Role Description

Plan, create, and publish content for:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
Develop and execute social media strategies for solution25 and our clients
Create editorial calendars and content plans
Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy
Plan and coordinate photo, video, and content productions
Collaborate closely with our design, video, marketing, and e-commerce teams
Manage and engage with our social media communities
Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports
Monitor social media trends and develop new content ideas and formats
Support the growth of our corporate brand, employer branding, and executive personal brands

Qualifications

Experience in social media management
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Creative mindset with a strong eye for high-performing content
Experience planning and managing social media campaigns
Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Experience with social media analytics and reporting
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent written and spoken English and/or German
Passion for e-commerce, marketing, and digital trends
Previous experience in an agency or e-commerce environment is a plus
