Role Description

Join Grifin and revolutionize how people invest. Your opportunity is to lead content strategy and creation to grow awareness and app conversion through Grifin's social media presence – focusing on TikTok and Instagram.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience managing, growing, and creating content for app-specific brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
Bonus if you’ve managed YouTube and Facebook.
Addicted to creating and testing new content daily to learn what drives downloads.
Proven track record of crafting several pieces of viral content (1M+ views).
High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn what customers need.
Love tracking performance data and managing tests to learn quickly.
Not precious with failing; understands the importance of testing to drive app growth.
Willing to take 100 videos or photos to test rather than trying to post the perfect one.
Personally energized by Grifin’s values of accessibility, community, and investing in the future.
Ability to create compelling hooks and stay updated on the latest converting trends and formats.
Desire for the whole world to know about Grifin.
Love engaging with people online through comments and DMs.

Requirements

Lead the day-to-day content creation, posting, and community engagement of Grifin’s TikTok and Instagram, with support from the Marketing Team.
Spearhead content research, ideation, scripting (as needed), creation, and posting that engages with existing 200k+ total followers and beyond.
Show meaningful growth in content engagement, including conversion in comments sections, views, and non-follower reach.
Produce organic video and static content focused on increasing non-follower reach with compelling content that drives app growth.
Monitor & respond to comments and DMs to build brand trust, interest, and app conversion (downloads).
Define KPIs with the Marketing Team to track organic performance across all channels.
Own weekly socials reporting, content effectiveness, and leverage data for ongoing optimization of hook, content, tone, timing, and format.
Keep a strong pulse on the internet, acting on relevant social trends, and maintaining fresh knowledge on general finance industry conversations, and algorithm or channel updates.

Benefits
