Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant in Carson with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a future anticipated opportunity.

Compensation

• Up to $23.00 per hour/40 hours per week
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills.Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe a plus
• One weekend day is required.

This position is 100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Pay Range

$19.50—$23 USD
