HR Generalist

Our client is looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist to join their growing team! This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance . Process payroll and administer employee benefits. Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance. Support employee relations, performance management, and HR programs. Administer Drug & Alcohol Programs and serve as the Designated Employer Representative (DER) . Assist with HR reporting, audits, and day‑to‑day HR operations. Qualifications 3+ years of HR Generalist experience. Strong experience with recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration . Experience managing Drug & Alcohol Programs and/or serving as a DER . Paylocity experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
