Human Resources Generalist

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an HR Generalist for a 12+ months contract role with one of our Fortune 500 clients located in West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (3 days onsite) . Position: HR Generalist Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (3 days onsite) Duration: 12+ months with possible extension Pay rate: $22.00-24.00/hr on w2 Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in response to HR queries from employees and managers via the employee portal. Provide support to employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Ensure requests are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner. Enable employees to self‑serve on HR policy and process by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving an internal knowledge base. Identify, resolve, and mitigate HR risk by addressing inconsistent, inefficient, and incongruent processes, policies, and practices. Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition). Identify early service issues and requirements. Provide input for enhancements to tools, processes, and policies. Required Skills Expertise in HR benefits, onboarding, I‑9 process, and offboarding; experience working in HRIS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication and articulation skills. Knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes.
