Accountant - RCYC

Job Summary


The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is looking for a driven Accountant to join a growing team. In this role, you will be working closely with other accountants and operations personnel on day-to-day accounting tasks in a hybrid office environment.

Education:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• A team player, self-starter, able to function with little supervision
• Accredited University degree in Accounting / ACCA qualification
• Responsible for posting bank transactions in the accounting system and preparing payments in the Bank Portals.
• Bank Reconciliations, as well as Reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts.
• Downloading the Bank Statements from the Bank Portals and updating the Bank Sheet daily.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities.
• Assist the accounting team during audit periods and ad-hoc projects as needed.
