Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations that accurately identify clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services for individuals, groups, and families using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care, addressing every aspect of the clients' well-being.

• Offer supportive crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing a compassionate approach while ensuring the safety and stability of individuals during challenging moments.

Our counselors work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
