The hybrid instructional model focuses on delivering targeted support to a manageable caseload of 10–15 students through both push-in and pull-out strategies, fostering strong academic and behavioral growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Special Education certification highly preferred
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Comfort navigating between 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade support within a single school day
• Excellent communicator—able to collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administrators
• Proven ability to manage classrooms, maintain clear expectations, and advocate for student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to 3rd graders, addressing individual learning goals through resource room and in-class models
• Flexibly support small groups and individual students in 4th and 5th grades as required
• Partner closely with fellow teachers and staff to coordinate instructional goals and monitor progress
• Create an inclusive, positive learning environment where every student’s growth is championed
• Maintain meticulous classroom and caseload organization, and clearly communicate expectations to both students and team members
