Maryland Licensed Client Specialist

To support real estate transactions in Maryland and surrounding areas, the part-time Maryland Licensed Client Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks, ensure compliance, and facilitate communication among agents, clients, and third parties in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities: Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closures Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure all documentation is compliant and organized in the transaction file Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process, ensuring clear communication and support Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Maryland or specified states Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management Strong analytical skills to manage financial details and resolve discrepancies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
