Executive Assistant

Description Lockheed Martin Space is shaping the future of space technologies and needs an Executive Assistant to support executive-level leaders across the Space business area. The role partners with HR Directors to help achieve Space HR goals and objectives. Responsibilities Provide overall administrative support to approximately 3–4 assigned HR Directors, including proactive calendar management, event planning, and responding to internal and external customer requests. Offer specific departmental support such as supply ordering, video teleconferencing scheduling, and mail clerk duties; prioritize Director support ahead of departmental tasks. Proactively handle complex tasks in support of Directors, partnering with other Executive Administrative Support staff across Lockheed Martin. Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare and process expense reports in a timely, accurate manner. Support the Lucent HR area and general Lucent responsibilities as needed. Multi-task in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment without constant leadership oversight. Operate proactively to resolve conflicts or issues in advance. Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times. Coordinate varied team meetings and off‑site HR events, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Manage sensitive and confidential information related to legal matters and personal data. Provide administrative support to the HR Vice President when required. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization. The role offers occasional telecommuting but is best performed onsite at Highlands Ranch, CO. Basic Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with calendar management and meeting support activities. Experience with travel arrangements and expense reporting. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Desired Skills Experience with SharePoint, shared drives, MS Teams and Channels. Ability to solve problems under pressure. Experience in Concur (Travel/Expense reporting). Clearance Level None Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,800–$91,425. For other states, the range will reflect the final work location.
