ServiceNow CSM Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in ServiceNow Platform and Legal & Contract Operations to support customer success, solution architecture, and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, customer-facing engagements, and Legal or Contract Management processes, with hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.

• Partner with customers to deliver successful outcomes using the ServiceNow platform.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive business stakeholders.
• Provide solution architecture, technical consulting, and process consulting expertise.
• Advise, coach, and mentor customers on ServiceNow technology and Legal & Contract Operations processes.
• Support customer success initiatives and value realization efforts.
• Develop and deliver customer-facing content, including webinars and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize legal and contract management processes.
• Leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities to design and support business solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Process Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or a related role.
• 5+ years of experience managing executive business stakeholders within customer organizations, preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity, including Developer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, and Integration Hub preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools and capabilities preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with Legal or Contract Management processes or related technology preferred.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations products strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer success with demonstrated ability to advise, coach, and mentor customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
