Strong employee benefits including health, dental, medical, and 401(k) with company match Enjoy a hybrid model supporting work-life balance Competitive salary – up to $80K annually Responsibilities Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Support budget and forecast processes; perform variance analysis to optimize financial outcomes Complete bank reconciliations, tenant ledger reconciliations, and security deposit tracking Track capital projects and maintain property-level fixed asset registers Assist with annual audits, tax documentation, and regulatory compliance for properties Support month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness Required Experience/Skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 2-5 years of property accounting experience in a real estate environment Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate accounting software Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting practices including lease accounting and financial reporting Preferred Qualifications CPA or progress towards CPA certification preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
