Landscape Maintenance Foreman

American Landscape is seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services for both commercial and residential clients. As a Foreman, you will lead a team of technicians or be a one-man crew, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and direct landscape maintenance crews on commercial and residential properties
- Ensure all work is performed to company standards and client expectations
- Perform mowing, weeding, pruning, and general property maintenance tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and team members
- Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs to supervisors
- Accurately clock in and out daily and adhere to scheduled start times
- Participate in snow operations during the winter season as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pesticide Applicator’s License (preferred, but not required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligible to work in the United States of America
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation
Starting at $20.00 per hour , with higher rates available for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications. A signing bonus of up to $500 is available.
