Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of their Nashville office. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, helping create an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth front office operations.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and service excellence are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, clients, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and provide information about services.
• Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area.
• Order and manage office supplies as needed.
• Provide administrative support to management and other team members.
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
