To provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the assigned region, the full-time Regional Recruiter will fill required positions, screen candidates, and design strategies to attract talent while working remotely from Ohio. Key responsibilities Fill all required positions within facilities located in the assigned region Screen candidates' resumes and conduct interviews using various recruiting tools Manage job boards and applicant tracking systems for assigned facilities Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field Five (5) years of recruiting experience preferred Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business-related documents Proficiency in drafting reports and business correspondence
