One of our great clients is looking to add a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their team in Chicago, IL. Job Description:

• Provided exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone customers by identifying parts, products, and service needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Processed customer orders, prepared quotes, answered inquiries, and resolved issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Generated sales opportunities by recommending related products, accessories, and promotional items to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Supported daily Branch operations by maintaining inventory, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring products were readily available for customer orders.
• Completed administrative duties including order entry, recordkeeping, documentation management, and maintaining accurate customer and inventory records.
• Assisted with training new employees on company procedures, product knowledge, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
• Built and maintained strong customer relationships through professional communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including inside sales, customer service, inventory handling, and operational support.
• Promoted and maintained a safe work environment for employees, customers, and visitors in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, retail, inside sales, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, tools, parts, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Details:

• Contract to Hire
• 100% onsite
• Pay $20- $23 an hour, depending on experience
