Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews, surveys, and observations to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize an integrative approach to incorporate social, medical, and psychological data, enabling you to recommend appropriate interventions such as therapy, psychoeducation, or crisis intervention.

• Establish clear short-term and long-term goals for treatment, collaborating with patients to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Encourage open dialogue, allowing patients to discuss and explore their feelings and behaviors actively.

• Design and implement treatment programs that address a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addictions, and interpersonal struggles.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all clinical services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and related documentation.

• Engage in professional collaboration through consultations with other practitioners to address psychosocial challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n
