A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Columbus area is looking for a Tax Supervisor to manage a portfolio of business and individual clients. You'll review complex work, lead engagement teams, and act as a trusted advisor, with a defined path to Tax Manager.

About the Opportunity
A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Columbus area is looking for a Tax Supervisor to manage a portfolio of business and individual clients. You'll review complex work, lead engagement teams, and act as a trusted advisor, with a defined path to Tax Manager.
What You'll Do
- Review individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary returns
- Manage engagement workflow, budgets, and deadlines
- Lead tax planning and projection work for closely held businesses and owners
- Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations to clients
- Represent clients in correspondence with taxing authorities
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors
- Help identify opportunities for additional services
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus
- 5-7 years of progressive public accounting tax experience
- CPA or EA (required or near completion)
- Strong technical knowledge of pass-through and individual taxation
- Experience reviewing work and supervising others
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Base salary of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience
