This is a strong fit for someone a few years into public accounting who's looking for varied client work, mentorship, and a firm that genuinely invests in its people. Responsibilities Manage and deliver tax and accounting assignments with a high standard of quality Prepare and perform detailed review of individual and business tax returns Conduct tax research and provide effective, practical solutions Keep management and staff informed on relevant tax legislation developments Assist in preparing technical memos and other client deliverables Deliver timely, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations Anticipate and help resolve client concerns as they arise Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and training Stay current on industry publications and share relevant insights with clients Pursue ongoing professional development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent CPA in progress or preferred 3+ years of recent experience in public accounting Strong team and project management skills Interested candidates should submit their resume for immediate confidential consideration.
