Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, creating tailored treatment pathways.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals while documenting progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, prioritizing client safety and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-related bonuses.
