Driving the expansion of strategic partnerships, the full-time Head of Strategic Partnerships will source and negotiate complex agreements with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and financial institutions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Shape and own the partnership strategy, focusing on high-quality growth channels and partner types Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships, leading complex negotiations end-to-end Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful integration and operationalization of partner-sourced demand Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales with a proven track record Demonstrated history of sourcing and closing complex partnership agreements with measurable revenue impact Deep experience in fintech, retirement, payroll, or benefits sectors Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Strong analytical skills with the ability to model channel economics and prioritize effectively
