Backed by top-tier VCs, their platform supports banks, card schemes, and payment processors with scalable transaction infrastructure and fraud prevention capabilities. The Role As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will define and lead the North American partnership strategy, driving growth through alliances with major ecosystem players. You’ll build deep relationships, negotiate co-sell agreements, and ensure partnerships contribute directly to revenue. Key Responsibilities Build strategic partnerships with card networks, issuing/acquiring banks, and processors. Negotiate joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell programs. Define and execute long-term partnership strategy for the region. Own partnership revenue contribution and pipeline targets. Represent the company at industry panels, forums, and events. Align with product leadership on co-innovation opportunities. Candidate Profile 10+ years’ experience in business development/partnerships within Payments or FinTech. Strong executive network across banks and card schemes. Demonstrable success closing high-value strategic alliances. Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
