Together with DocGo's integrated Ambulnz medical transport services, DocGo is bridging the gap between physical and virtual care.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customersAlways serve as a role model for professionalism in both appearance and demeanorPromote and maintain a culture of trust and teamwork with the entire operational teamServe as a point of contact for members of the operational teamPossess a thorough understanding of the service area, current services, and contracted facilitiesServe as a liaison between the field operations and the Communication CenterMentor employees, conduct performance evaluations when applicable, counsel and provide disciplinary actions to assigned personnel with a goal of developing a team-oriented approach with positive resultsProvide daily oversight for OperationsCollaborate effectively with management, Communication Center, and Fleet Department to ensure efficient daily operationsDemonstrate a high degree of familiarity with local, regional, and state regulations that pertain to EMSPerform all other related duties as assignedQualifications:EMT/Paramedic Required (Minimum 1 year experience in field operations)1+ years experience working in a healthcare roleValid Driver’s license (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving recordBachelor’s Degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience working in the healthcare industryEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
