Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our growing team. This role will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to lead the coordination and execution of communication initiatives across both internal and external channels. Project Management Serve as a project manager for current NP Strategy clients and ensure work is executed in a manner that provides a client-first approach and delivers enhanced ROI Work closely with NP Strategy client teams and/or team leads, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows to manage multiple projects simultaneously Track progress, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines Lead day-to-day project management activities, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, trackers, and workflows to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring visibility into project status, deadlines, and next steps. Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and distribute post-meeting notes, action items, and follow-up communications. Manage ongoing client communications, including deliverable coordination, status updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution, while maintaining strong client relationships. Facilitate collaboration between creative, digital, media, and executive teams to ensure alignment and execution Recommend improvements to processes and procedures based on post-project evaluations and analytics Lead annual review of NP Strategy client feedback Meet annual billable and collections goals Be flexible and willing to work after hours if needed for a client or team project goal Professional and Business Development Use your professional development money to either enhance your core skills or learn new skills Use personal contacts to develop opportunities to pitch new work for NP Strategy team members Work with community contacts to find ways to include NP Strategy in new opportunities with local businesses Be an active and engaged community member Qualifications 5-7 years of professional experience Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, political science, or a related field Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated interest in current events, policy, or media landscapes Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro a plus Willingness and ability to travel to serve clients and team members; Ability to lift up to 20 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
