This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven senior living leader who excels at building strong teams, driving operational and financial performance, and creating an outstanding experience for residents, families, and team members.What You'll DoAs the Executive Director, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L accountability. You will set the tone for the community and ensure excellence across resident care, team engagement, financial performance, sales and occupancy, and regulatory compliance.Key responsibilities include:Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the communityMaintain full responsibility for the community's P&L, budgeting, and financial performanceRecruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of department leadersDrive strong resident, family, and team member satisfactionPartner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support occupancy and revenue goalsEnsure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulationsMaintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents and team membersEstablish clear expectations and accountability while fostering a positive, collaborative cultureIdentify opportunities to continuously improve operational performance and the resident experiencePreferred BackgroundBachelor's degree preferredActive New Jersey CALA license requiredAt least 3 years of senior living operations leadership experience, ideally at the Executive Director/Administrator levelDemonstrated success managing P&L, budgets, occupancy, and financial goalsProven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing leadership teamsStrong knowledge of employee performance management and relevant HR practicesThorough understanding of senior living regulations, operational best practices, and industry trendsStrong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience utilizing CRM and operational systemsCompensationSalary Range: $170,000–$175,000 annuallyCompensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership success.Love What You Do and Where You Work at The Arbor CompanyAt Arbor, we believe in serving from the heart.
