You'll be empowered to help provide solutions and continue refining our recruiting processes, rather than serving in a pure coordination capacity. Your daily responsibilities will include managing end-to-end interview scheduling, guiding candidates through the interview process, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviewsPartner with recruiters to provide exceptional candidate support and ensure smooth execution of onsite interviewsGuide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managersCoordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses, as necessaryStreamline processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent of 2+ years of industry experience in a high paced environmentNice to HaveExperience working in a start-up environmentProficiency with the Microsoft SuiteExperience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as GreenhouseHighly organized with a knack for prioritizing a strong candidate experienceAttention to detail in an environment with frequent changeExperience scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings with nuanced availability and requirementsCompensation and Benefits:Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $25 – $40 + equity in the companyCompensation will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience levelComprehensive benefits package including unlimited paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perksIf you don't meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply!
