Paralegal Legal Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Paralegal Legal Assistant that will play a vital role in supporting attorneys, primarily in family law cases with some instances of immigration or estate planning. Working under the direct supervision of attorneys, this position involves managing case files, preparing legal documents, and facilitating communication with clients. The role offers regular client interaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize legal documents and case files
Manage case workflow and track important deadlines
File and maintain accurate records
Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings
Draft legal correspondence and assist with legal writing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in paralegal roles
Proficient in legal research techniques
Skilled in document drafting and trial preparation
Strong attention to detail
