Reporting into the Senior Director, Planning Operations, this role combines operations management, business analysis, and project management for Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management (MPIM) teams. This role requires financial acumen and knowledge of end-to-end planning to drive strategic initiatives and provide analytical support. The Senior Manager, Planning Operations will identify planning opportunities and risks and activate key business partners or resources to make sound recommendations and address or mitigate gaps.About the JobScope:Levi's and Signature BrandsOmni channel Retail and WholesaleUS, Canada, & LATAMPre-season:You will support Cluster MPIM lead to set top-down seasonal investment strategy and align stakeholders to an aligned common plan.You will use Planning expertise to identify key business opportunities and risks and make sound recommendations to Senior Management.CtC Planning Calendar (Go-to-Market):You will collaborate with the Global Operation team to align on the key MPIM milestones for clusters.You will own the cluster planning CtC calendar and collaborate with the Merchandising Operations and Sales Operations teams to define timelines and provide monthly guidelines to the Merch Planning team for all deliverables.In-Season:You will be accountable to drive cluster S&OP and provide globally aligned input for the Global S&OP.You will facilitate and drive OTB and forecast review meetings, challenge MPIM Channel leads on their OTB inputs, and provide monthly guidelines for forecast transmission.Process Improvement & Project Management:You will propose and develop new processes in collaboration with the cluster merch planning teams, sizing teams, and inventory management teams to harmonize ways of working across the department.You will participate and drive key regional / global projects to capture clusters requirements and drive implementation of new tools/capabilities (AI), systems, ways of working.About YouEducation:Master degree in Business ManagementExperience:6+ years' experience in a retail or wholesale planning environmentExperience in sales and operations environmentSpecialized/Technical Skills:Strong Project management skillsExperience with financial measurements and how to impact themProficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Word, Visio, and JiraThis is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $135,200 - $198,300 per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
