We are partnering with an established independent insurance agency in Coconut Creek, FL, seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing commercial insurance accounts, and providing exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. The agency works with a variety of businesses, including contractors, and is looking for someone who can step in and confidently handle day-to-day account management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client service needs.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and coverage changes.
• Review existing policies, identify coverage gaps, and assist clients with appropriate insurance solutions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers on submissions, quotes, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Prepare proposals, applications, and renewal documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve policy-related issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
• Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial lines insurance account management or servicing experience preferred.
• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto, BOP, and Workers' Compensation.
• Experience servicing contractor or construction-related accounts is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

This is a fully onsite position in Coconut Creek, FL, Monday through Friday.
