Role Overview
We’re looking for a Healthcare Strategy Consultant to advise healthcare organizations, payers, providers, and life sciences companies on growth, operations, and transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for consultants who thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and healthcare innovation .
Responsibilities
Lead market, competitive, and financial analyses within healthcare sectors
Develop strategic recommendations for growth, cost optimization, and care delivery
Support client engagements from hypothesis to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
Translate complex insights into executive-ready presentations
Qualifications
2–6+ years in strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in healthcare systems, payers, pharma, or medtech preferred
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
