We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing operation in High Point, NC. This position is part of a close-knit maintenance team with extensive tenure and a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment
• Complete scheduled monthly maintenance tasks and respond to maintenance issues as they arise
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, lighting systems, and mechanical equipment
• Assist with welding and fabrication projects as needed
• Support facility upkeep, including addressing leaks, equipment failures, and general maintenance needs
• Drive company vehicle for parts pickups and maintenance-related errands
• Participate in safety, compliance, and operational training programs

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, facilities maintenance, or mechanical repair experience preferred
• Experience working with pumps is a plus, but not required
• Forklift repair experience is a plus
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and occasional chemical exposure
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and meet respirator safety requirements
• Reliable, dependable, and interested in long-term career growth

• Starting pay of $25/hour
• $1/hour increase after 100 days
