About the Role
The Company is in search of a President to lead its next chapter of growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be a visionary and results-driven leader with a strong background in operational and sales leadership, particularly within manufacturing, building products, or related industries. The President will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of aggressive strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. Operational excellence is a key focus, with the expectation to provide strategic oversight of business operations, build a metrics-driven culture, and ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Additionally, the role involves developing a high-performance organization by recruiting and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and leading with transparency and integrity. Candidates for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading growth-oriented organizations, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
