You'll guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team while creating strategies that align with our mission and deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, families and staff. Understand and manage operational and financial metrics. Oversee all marketing operations, including hiring and recruiting staff. Direct admission processes. Manage reimbursement systems. Communicate opportunities and threats in the marketplace to senior management. Identify new and repackaging existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership. Guide, train, and develop the Business Development team. Qualifications Driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company policy. Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing representative, nurse liaison, or in a similar role within a healthcare environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Successful track record in leading, managing, or directly sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare environment. Experience with physician relations, case management, managed care, or knowledge of the local healthcare market is preferred.
