Kitchen Production Manager
Kitchen Manager This is an opportunity to lead operations in a high-volume meal-production kitchen serving approximately 500 people daily. The Kitchen Manager will oversee the production, food ordering, and meal delivery daily. Kitchen Manager Benefits & Compensation- Vacation

- Experience managing high-volume institutional kitchens such as military, correctional, healthcare, school, or large catering environments
- Strong knowledge of food production, food safety standards, and labor law compliance
- Proven ability to supervise staff, control food costs, and enforce standardized recipes and operating procedures
- Lead daily food production and service operations to serve approximately 1,000 meals daily
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff while promoting a fair and accountable work culture
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and labor laws
- Manage food cost control through accurate ordering and waste reduction
- Implement and maintain standardized recipes and operating procedures for consistent quality and efficiency
