Owning CRM execution for VIP audiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences while utilizing AI tools to enhance client relationships and drive measurable sales outcomes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments Develop and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and revenue influenced Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing Experience in the B2B SaaS or tech services industry Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or equivalent Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field; strong non-STEM candidates with a data track record are also considered
