Non-IT Project Manager

Seeking a proactive and highly organized Non-IT Project Manager for a remote contract position, responsible for driving complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring timely project deliverables in a fast-paced innovation environment. Key responsibilities Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, supporting AI adoption and innovation projects Coordinate executive updates, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather requirements, and track decisions and action items Required qualifications 5-7 years of project management or program coordination experience Background in a shared services or multi-client environment Proven ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in evolving environments Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with varying contributors Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
