Location: St. Paul, MN | Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Pay: $19–$21/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support a leading electronics manufacturer. In this role, you'll ensure materials and products move accurately and efficiently through the warehouse, helping keep production on track and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
• Process shipping transactions and prepare customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production to resolve material or shipping issues.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality and documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Manufacturing or inventory management experience.
• Experience with M1 ERP software.
• Forklift certification or experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
• Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Use a computer and warehouse equipment as needed.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
