What You’ll Do Contribute to complex litigation matters from day one, including high‑stakes trials, appellate proceedings, and class action defense. Draft and review motions, briefs, and pleadings that demand precision and persuasive legal writing. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy development, trial preparation, and appeals work. Handle client interactions with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail. Engage in pro bono work (up to 50 hours counted toward billable requirements) while gaining broad exposure to diverse matters. Qualifications Judicial clerkship experience (state or federal). Excellent academic credentials from a respected law school (required). Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Compensation & Billable Expectations Salary aligned to year of law school graduation and market location. Billable expectation: 1,950 hours annually (including 50 pro bono hours).
