We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.**What you’ll do*** Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week* Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and share findings with families in plain language* Provide one-on-one, play-based 30-minute speech therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence* Deliver evidence-based treatment across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills* Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are* Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care* Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates* Coordinate care with OT and PT so every kid gets one connected plan* Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first**Why this role at Oaklin Lane****Pay tied to the work itself.** You earn $100 per evaluation and $45 per 30-minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide.**A four-day clinic week.** Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions.
